Expected Behaviors

  • Be respectful and inclusive

    Treat all participants with dignity regardless of experience level, background, or identity.

  • Use welcoming language

    Communicate professionally and considerately. Be mindful of how your words may be received.

  • Accept feedback gracefully

    Constructive criticism helps us all improve. Receive it openly and offer it kindly.

  • Assume good intent

    Interpret others' statements in good faith. Focus on learning together rather than winning arguments.

  • Protect privacy

    Respect confidentiality. Don't share personal information or photos without consent.

Zero Tolerance

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal:

  • Harassment of any kind, including unwelcome attention, intimidation, or stalking
  • Personal attacks, trolling, insults, or derogatory comments
  • Discriminatory behavior of any kind
  • Sexualized language or imagery in any community space
  • Sharing private information without consent
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with events or others' participation
Enforcement

Organizers will take appropriate action in response to any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, including warning, temporary ban, or permanent removal from the community.
